Berliner Zentrum für Mechatronische Medizintechnik
Members of the team have been involved in the succsessfull translation from research to market innovations. Companies like Sirona licence software developed by our team members. Start-ups like SICAT and NaviSwiss are co-founded or supported by our team. Team members are encouraged and involved in technology transfer by starting up their own business, supported by BMWi EXIST Gründerstipendium or BMBF ForMaT Unternehmen Region programs.
To ensure a countinues development our applied research is supported by internal programs from Charite and Fraunhofer, by BMBF public funding, and - very important to us - by industrial contract research we keep confidential.
Please find also on this site our publications and some of our patent letters. For technical prototypes we provide to our clinical partners, software releases, lectures and job openings see OFFERS.
BZMM is a joint institute by Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and Charite Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
Current information about our projects and dedicated search access can be found in our Research Database.
